Biscuit Dough

2 c. all-purpose flour, plus more for the surface

1 tbsp. baking powder

1 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

5 tbsp. very cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes

1/4 c. fresh dill, finely chopped

3/4 c. whole milk

1 tbsp. heavy cream

  1. Make the Filling: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with 1⁄4 teaspoon each salt and pepper and cook until brown on all sides, about 5 minutes total.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add lemon juice, cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons water and cook, stirring to make a smooth sauce. Remove from heat and fold in corn, peas, parsley, scallions, and dill.
